Big Trek 4 Palestine

Big Trek 4 Palestine is an ambitious 4000-mile trek starting in May 2025 from Arnside, Cumbria, to Türkiye. Ruth is undertaking the trek with support from members of our community and other solidarity groups. The trek is fundraising in aid of MAP (Medical Aid for Palestinians) Charity Registration No. 1045315. The Trek will span six months, crossing 11 countries.

We are looking for people to connect with to discuss:
  • Opportunities for people to join stretches of the UK leg of the journey.
  • Organising demonstrations and marches along the route.
  • Assistance with outreach, promotion and support.
You can connect with the Big Trek 4 Palestine team on social media and via email:

Facebook: @bigtrek4palestine
Email: [email protected]

You can support the crowd funder, here:

Fundraising for the costs associated with the Trek (e.g. Visa's, accommodation and other associated expenses) are being funded separately through the Big Trek Fund - any residual funds from this pot left over at the end of the Trek will be donated to the main crowd funder.
